ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2025, seeking to rectify the discrepancies found in the FMB sketch as well as in the patta pertaining to the patta number morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since the aforesaid representation has not been considered, the petitioner has been constrained to file this writ petition.
3. Mr. D. Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2025, seeking for rectifying the alleged discrepancies found in the FMB sketch as well as the patta issued in favour of the petitioner pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition
within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
