ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file an appeal before the jurisdictional Sessions Court. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the jurisdictional Sessions Judge. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
3. The petitioners are entitled to exclude the period taken by them to prosecute this civil revision petition before this court i.e. from 18.11.2025 to the date of receipt of copy of the order of this civil revision petition, while calculating limitation, for the purpose of filing an appeal under Section 29 of DVC Act.

4. Registry is directed to return the original certified copy of the mpugned order to the counsel for the petitioners.
