ORDER

In this writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged attempt made by the respondents 4 and 5 to encroach upon the petitioner's property, which is the subject matter of W.P.No.7393 of 2025.

2. The petitioner claims that in the connected W.P.No.7393 of 2025, this Court, by its order dated 05.03.2025, had granted status-quo. In the said writ petition, the respondents 4 and 5 were not parties. According to the petitioner, they are now illegally attempting to encroach upon the petitioner's property, which is also the subject matter of W.P.No.7393 of 2025.

3. This Court, after giving due consideration to the rival submission, is of the considered view that the petitioner ought to have filed an application seeking to implead the respondents 4 and 5 in the connected writ petition, namely, W.P.No.7393 of 2025, instead of filing a separate writ petition. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file an impleading application seeking to implead the respondents 4 and 5 in this writ petition in W.P.No.7393 of 2025. No Costs. Connected W.M.P.No.51244 of 2025 is closed.

Registry is directed to list W.P.No.7393 of 2025 before this Court on 08.12.2025.
