This Habeas Corpus Petition is allowed and the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in No.808/BBCDEFGISSSV/2025, dated 17.10.2025, is hereby set aside.

2. The detenu, viz., Abdul Ajees, S/o.Jahir Hussain, male aged 27 years, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal-II, Chennai, is directed to be set at liberty forthwith, unless his presence is required in connection with any other case.
