2. Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A.Sr.No.189677 of 2025 , if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel for R2 in C.M.A in the cause list.
