This petition is filed to condone the delay of 662 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners. Despite notice having been served upon the respondent and the name and address having been shown in the cause-list, none appears before this Court.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 662 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
