ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to reclassify the land morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition as private land belonging to the petitioner based on the

petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner seeks for reclassification of the subject land from "Sarkar Poramboke land" to "private land". The petitioner had submitted an application on 20.11.2023 with the respondents for the said purpose, since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr. S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that the petitioner's application is under consideration by the respondents and in due course final orders will be passed. The said statement is recorded.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 20.11.2023, seeking for reclassification of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition from "Sarkar Poramboke land" to "private land" within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
