Ms.T.Dharani Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioners seek for an early disposal of O.S. No.97 of 2024 pending on the file of the District Court, Namakkal.

3.The petitioners are the plaintiffs in the aforesaid suit. They are senior citizens and therefore they are seeking for an early disposal of the suit. The suit has been filed for permanent injunction to restrain the defendants from using the 10 feet passage. The pleadings have been completed in the suit and the suit is ripe for trial. The suit is of the year 2024.

4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the District Court, Namakkal to dispose of O.S. No.97 of 2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.Accordingly, this Court directs the District Court, Namakkal to dispose of O.S. No.97 of 2024, after trial, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

7.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 11-06-2026 VGA
