This petition has been filed to punish the Respondent for Contempt of Court the Order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P. No.25049 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. Affidavit is also filed by the respondent in this regard to the effect that the chargesheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri through e-filing

on 04.12.2025 and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.913 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025.
