ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the joint pattas issued in favour of the respondents 5 to 7 based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the aforesaid joint pattas standing in the names of the respondents 5 to 7.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner, summons has been issued to the petitioner as well as private respondents for conducting an enquiry.
4. In view of the same, no prejudice will be caused to the official respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections from the respondents 5 to 7 and any other party whom the official respondents deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2025 seeking for cancellation of joint __________Page 2 of 4
pattas issued in favour of the respondents 5 to 7, after hearing objections from the respondents 5 to 7 as well as any other party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
