This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 19 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.81968 of 2025 filed against the order dated 09.06.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1500 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II Chengelpet and pass orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 19 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
