This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 146 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 20.02.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 321 of 2025 in C.C.No. 361 of 2023 on the file of II Addl. Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under the NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 146 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
