Both the learned counsel for petitioner and respondent appeared and submitted that the matter was settled between the parties and the entire amount was received by the respondent/complainant. To that effect, a joint compromise memo was filed.

Recording the Joint Compromise Memo arrived between the petitioner and respondent and on considering the submissions of respondent in open court that the petitioner had already received entire cheque amount, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of settlement.
