ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to release the pending retirement benefits to the petitioner together with applicable interest, within a stipulated time frame.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to release the pending retirement benefits to the petitioner together with applicable interest, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving her personal opportunity of hearing, and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
