This application has been filed to accept the English translation of the Tamil Will dated 11.01.2004 filed in the above Original Petition.

2. According to the applicant, he filed the original petition for grant of probate in respect of the Will dated 11.01.2004. The Will was executed by the deceased during his life time and was written in Tamil. As per law, the said Will is required to be translated into English. Accordingly, his counsel has translated the will from Tamil into English, and a copy of the Will is produced before this Court. The same may be accepted as the copy of the Will dated 11.01.2004.
