This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 772 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 02.08.2023 made in Spl.S.C.No. 30/2020 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 772 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
