ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to initiate enquiry based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2025 and grant transfer to the petitioner to his native Virudhunagar District.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation dated 06.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and eight respondent herein and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
