The petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.09.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 303(2) r/w 106 of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.322, 319, 318 & 323 of 2025. registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition in Crl.OP.Nos.29385, 29390, 29392 & 29393 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025 on the ground that the petitioners have previous cases and that the investigation is pending.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 26.09.2025, and that they are ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed to grant bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are totally 9 cases have been registered against the petitioners and that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
