ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody

on 26.09.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 303(2) r/ w 106 of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.321 of 2025, seeks bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition in Crl.OP.No.29290 of 2025 dated 28.10.2025 on the ground that the investigation is pending.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 26.09.2025, and that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are totally 9 cases have been registered against them and that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
