This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 233 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 30.01.2025 made in Spl.S.C.No. 26/2022 on the file of the Special Judge under the POCSO Act, 2012, Karaikal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 233 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
