ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, directing the respondent to grant a registration to the petitioner under Section 12A and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, for the AY 2021-22 to AY 2025-26.

2. It is noticed that the petitioner has given an application/representation on 20.05.2025 to the 1st respondent, seeking grant of registration under Section 12A and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, for the assessment years 2021-22 to 2025-26. However, the said application/representation has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the aforesaid application/representation dated 20.05.2025 would be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the said application/representation dated 20.05.2025 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from today. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
