(Order of the Court was made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH., J.) Mr.C.Harsha Raj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R3 and Mr.Anupam Raghuraman, learned counsel for R8 have no objection to the condonation of delay of 108 days in filing the Writ Appeals.
2. Mr.M.Santhanaraman, learned Senior Standing Counsel, who accepts notice for R4 and R5 also expresses no objection to the condonation of delay.
3. R6 and R7, who are private parties have been served and their description printed in the cause list. However, none appears on their behalf.
4. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 108 days in filing the Writ Appeals is condoned and these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
