Today, the matter was listed under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2.When the matter was taken up on 28.11.2025, this Court, while allowing this petition by quashing the First Information Report and further proceedings in Crime No.245 of 2025 including the final report filed in SR.No.29827/25 before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, against the petitioner, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) as costs to the credit of Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 19.12.2025 and directed the Registry to list the matter "for reporting compliance". 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this Court on 28.11.2025 and also produced the Memo of Compliance dated 15.12.2025 to that effect.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the compliance is recorded and no further 2/ 4

orders are required. The Memo of Compliance shall form part of the records.
