ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to dispose of the application in IA.No.2 of 2022 in un-numbered OS.Sr. No.142 of 2022 on the file of Principal District Judge,Tiruvallur.

2. The petitioners herein filed a suit under Section 92 of CPC. The I.A.No.2 of 2022 has been filed by the petitioners seeking permission to institute a suit.

3. A perusal of the adjudication status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that IA has been adjourned from 12.06.2024 onwards for

enquiry without any progress.

4. Taking into consideration the IA has been adjourned for more than 1 1⁄2 years at the stage of enquiry without any progress, this Court is inclined to direct the Trial court to dispose of the IA.No.2 of 2022 in un-numbered OS.Sr. No.142 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
