The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 1/4
02.10.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 318(3) of BNS, 66D of IT Act, 2008 in Crime No.46 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. Earlier this Court dismissed the bail petition in Crl.OP.No.29031 of 2025 dated 28.10.2025, on the ground that no amount was recovered from the petitioners and that the investigation was still pending.
3. As there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
