ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in the joint names of the legal representatives of the deceased Mr.Amavasai for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.There seems to be a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 and only due to the same, the patta has not been issued as prayed for by the petitioner in his representation dated 24/09/2025. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's application seeking for patta as prayed for in his representation dated 24.09.2025, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the private respondents 4 to 6 as well as any other third party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire.

5.Since the petitioner has not submitted an online application, necessarily, the petitioner will have to submit an online application to enable the third respondent to consider his application seeking for issuance of patta. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the third respondent seeking for issuance of patta for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said application, the first respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application seeking for issuance of patta as prayed for in this writ petition, after giving due notice to the private respondents and also after hearing their objections and after giving due consideration to the same, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. 7.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
