This application has been filed by the 1st petitioner seeking to recognise her as a power agent of her daughter. 2.Ms.Mahek Parvez has executed a power of attorney in favour of the first appellant on 11.07.2024. A copy of the power of attorney has also been enclosed at Pg.No.59 of the typed set of papers in C.M.P.No.30213 of 2025. Since, the power of attorney has been duly executed by the impleaded second appellant in favour of the first appellant, the petition under Order III Rule 2 is ordered.
