ORDER
This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants 1 to 5 to condone the delay of 134 days in filing the written statement of 1, 2 and 4 th applicants/defendants in C.S.No.109 of 2025 and the memo on behalf of the defendants 3 and 5 to adopt the said written statement of 1, 2 and 4.
2. According to the applicants, they are the defendants 1 to 5 in the main suit and they already filed the written statement, and there is a delay of 134 days in filing the written statement of 1, 2 and 4 th defendants. Due to some applications being pending, they are unable to file the written statement in time. Therefore, there is a delay of 134 days in filing the written statement of 1, 2 and 4 th defendants.

3. The other side has not seriously objected.
