This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to pass final orders on the petitioners' patta transfer application dated 29.07.2025 pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to them to consider the petitioners' patta transfer application dated 29.07.2025 referred to supra within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners' patta transfer application dated 29.07.2025 pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
