This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the petitioner's appeal pending before the first respondent. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 20.07.2025 passed in Application ID 2025/0103/31/404673 before the first respondent.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 13.10.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal.

5.This Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 13.10.2025, challenging the order dated 20.07.2025 passed in Application ID 2025/0103/31/404673 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
