ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, challenging the docket order passed by the Trial Court dated 06.10.2025, returning the interlocutory application filed by the petitioners, seeking their impleadment in the final decree proceedings.

2. If the papers are returned by the Trial Court, raising the question of maintainability, it is for the petitioners to re-present the same by offering explanations. Instead of re-presenting the papers by offering their explanations, the petitioners are not entitled to rush to this court. 2/4

3. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to re-present the returned papers before the court below by offering their explanations. If the Trial Court is convinced with the explanation offered by the petitioners, the interlocutory application shall be numbered and the same shall be considered in accordance with law. If the Trial court is not satisfied with the explanation offered by the petitioners, the matter shall be called in open court and order shall be passed on its own merits, after hearing the petitioners.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
