O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders for transfer and posting in any one of the vacancies in Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District or Perambalur District in the existing vacancies based on the NOC issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.Pa.Mey.G2/1181/2025 dated 09.06.2025 and in accordance with the orders of this Court dated 28.04.2025 and 14.08.2025 passed in W.P.No.14892 of 2025 and in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.10.2025.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
