PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the fourth respondent in Ref.No.12450/E2(1)/DP/2024 dated 16.07.2025 and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to pass orders accepting the resignation of the petitioner from the post of Senior Resident and to relieve the petitioner from service, by settling the service benefits including arrears of annual increments, CPS contribution etc., For Petitioner :

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 14.08.2025, wherein, the petitioner's application for resignation was rejected by the third respondent and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 14.08.2025. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
