O R D E R

The petitioners apprehending arrested at the hands of the respondent for the punishable offences under Sections 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of BNS r/w 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.190 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. It is seen that, this Court on 28.10.2025 dismissed the petitioners' anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.28809 of 2025 by stating the following reasons:

"5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners, the illegal extraction and transportation of huge quantity of red sand without any valid permit, from Government land, and the environmental damage caused, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners."

3. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, considering the fact that earlier merits of the case was already considered and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier anticipatory bail petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 03.12.2025 kmm To 1.The Inspector of Police, Muthandikuppam Police Station, Cuddalore District.
