ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Attur, Salem District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.285 of 2023, within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for bare injunction against the respondents. The suit was filed in the year 2023. A perusal of the adjudication sheets filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the suit was posted for framing of issues as early as on 08.01.2025 and thereafter, there is no substantial progress. Hence, this court is inclined to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Attur, Salem to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.285 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
