ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for disobeying the order passed by this Court in a batch of writ petitions dated 01.10.2024.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 & 2 submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in batch of writ petitions, some of the respondents have filed writ appeals as against some of the writ petitions and obtained an order that there should not be any coercive steps pursuant to the order impugned in the writ appeal in W.A.Nos.563 & 565 of 2026, by an order dated 26.02.2026.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. At present, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition subject to the result of the writ appeal.
