(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN J.) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking suspension of the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioners in S.C.No.251 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram,

dated 20.12.2023 and to enlarge them on bail.

2. There is no representation for the petitioners.

3. Since the typed set of papers has already been made ready, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal, which has been pending since 2024, for final disposal.
