ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was represented on both sides that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the conditions that have been imposed regarding the place is in variance with the earlier alternate accommodations that were given to the similarly placed persons. The learned counsel further submitted that the allotment has been made to a place, which is 30 kilometres away from the present place and whereas, similarly placed persons were given allotment in a nearby place.

2. In the considered view of this Court, the above grievance expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be gone into in this contempt petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to her to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. Connected sub application is closed.
