ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 12.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.446 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the case of the petitioners and passed order by the proceedings dated 04.02.2026. He also produced a copy of the order dated 04.02.2026 before this Court.
