ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025, seeking for reclassification of the property and for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit on instructions that pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2021, enquiry has been conducted by the respondents on 29.08.2025 and in due course orders will be passed by the respondents on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025. The said statement is recorded.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025, seeking for reclassification of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of any other third party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire. No Costs.
