This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the above said Criminal Appeal against the order dated 23.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.892 of 2024 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 67 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
