When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Alandur, through e-filing No.LTN20240001063C20250023 on 21.06.2025.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report.
4. Acceding to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 28.11.2025 ksa-2 2/4
