O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.10.2025 thereby rejecting the appeal filed by the petitioner against the recommendation of disciplinary procedings.

On perusal of records, it is found that while the petitioner was working as Village Administrative Officer, FIR was registered against the petitioner for forging the signature of Tahsildar and issuing patta in respect of the subject land. Thereafter, on filing final report, the 2/5

same was taken cognizance in CC.No.12 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet. In pursuant to the registration of FIR, criminal proceedings was initiated against the petitioner. However, it is only a recommendation to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order since already the petitioner is facing grievous charge in CC.No.12 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet and there is nothing wrong in the aforementioned recommendation. 3.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
