directing the 3rd respondents to dispose the above said proceedings in Vu.Mu.No.387/2024/Va pending before the 3rd respondent as early as possible.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of her application pending before the third respondent seeking for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the respondents 4 to 8 for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.

2. Mr.S.Argumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, and submits that pursuant to the application filed by the petitioner, summons has been issued to the private respondents, and if time frame is fixed by this Court, the second respondent shall pass final orders within the said time limit.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the second respondent if a direction is issued to the said authority to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation __________Page 2 of 4

dated 05.05.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the private respondents, after adhering to the principles of natural justice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) The second respondent is directed to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the private respondents, after hearing objections from the private respondents and also by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

(b) The above said exercise shall be completed by the second respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
