ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking to withdraw GWOP No. 2083 of 2024 from the file of Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer to try along with the GWOP No. 182 of 2025 and M.C. No. 24 of 2025 pending on the file of Learned Additional Principal Family Judge at Coimbatore.

2. The petitioner herein seeks intra court transfer of the case from the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. The petitioner has got remedy to move a transfer application before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore seeking transfer of the case. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move the application before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
