ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to produce the revenue records and proceedings with official reference in Na.Ka.A2/505/2025, dated 31.10.2025, to the second respondent.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 to 7, would submit that in due course of time, the third respondent shall produce all the revenue records and proceedings with official reference in Na.Ka.A2/505/2025, dated 31.10.2025, to the second respondent. The said undertaking given by the third respondent through the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to produce revenue records and proceedings with official reference in Na.Ka.A2/505/2025, dated 31.10.2025, pertaining to the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, to the second respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
