ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 17.12.2024 preferred by the writ petitioner pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that there has been an inordinate delay on the part of the first respondent in disposing of the appeal, despite the fact that the appeal was preferred as early as 17.12.2024.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to them to dispose of the appeal dated 17.12.2024 preferred by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 17.12.2024 pertaining to his property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
