This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to bring the respondents 1 to 5 herein as legal representatives of the deceased Respondent C.P.Sanjeevi Mudhali as proposed respondents in S.A.No.1 of 2023 pending before this Court.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
