This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 835 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent C.P.Sanjeevi Mudhali in S.A.No.1 of 2023 pending before this Court.
