The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no more.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent confirms the said fact and has produced the death certificate of the deceased petitioner. It is further reported that the case has been closed as against the petitioner as the charges abated on 05.02.2026.
